Kickboxing is a stand-up combat sport based on kicking and punching. The sport has been developed from karate, Muay Thai and western boxing and is commonly practiced for self defence, general fitness, and as a contact sport.

Using leg and foot techniques from karate and hand techniques from boxing, kickboxing is a workout for the whole body. In class you’ll do combination movements using hand-eye coordination and foot-eye coordination to condition your body.
